Transport notice
It is allowed to drive the machine on to the vehicles with working speed (slow reverse gear). The gradient of the ladder is required to be ≤50％, no obvious step, and no stuck.
Block the front wheel and rear wheel with wedges
The machine tool nose should contact the bottom(to avoid damaging the underside of the vehicle body or the tool bit, put the wood below the rotor).
Fix the machine with rope on the transport vehicle.
Shall use low flat car as transport vehicle, make sure no oil dirt, snow, ice or mud in it.
Long-distance transport notices
Besides following the relevant transport department regulations, shall also do the preparations:
The wheel should be blocked with triangle wood, and anchor with rope to avoid moving during the transportation;
Turn off the power main supply;
All exposed moving parts must be smeared with antirust agent to avoid rust; exposed piston rod should be covered with moisture proof paper.
Engine electrical equipment, instrument penal should be covered with moisture proof cloth.
