Screed System

The screed installed on this machine is mainly composed of compacting mechanism, screed framework and baseplate, and heating system. The tamper mechanism adopts hydraulic drive, with the tamper speed continuously adjustable within 0~1,400r/min, featuring the advantages of high pre-compactness, good compacting uniformity and high evenness.

All screed baseplates are made of highly wear-resistant steel plates to remarkably improve the lives of baseplates.
