RP953T paver refers to a 9m large-scale paver developed based on market demand for product and current paver situation, and is of the same technological level with Vögele made in Germany as international state of the art, and takes the leading position in some technologies; this paver is mainly applicable to paving asphalt concrete 

(1) The driver's platform and the screed's footplate shall be kept neat and clean, free of oil and asphalt mixture, and no miscellaneous tools shall be piled on it

(2) The driver's platform and the work site should have a wide field of vision, and remove the obstacles that hinder the paving operation.

(3) The joystick, the main drive switch is placed in the middle position, the hydraulic system regulating valves are adjusted to zero position, the electrical switch is in the off position, the hydraulic drive system is in the state of not supplying oil.

(4)The track is loosened and tightened moderately, and the left and right are consistent

(5) Screed and vibrator should be installed correctly, and the heater should work well.

(6)The automatic levelling device should be installed correctly, and the longitudinal and transverse controllers should work properly.

(7) start the engine, warmed up after running smoothly, good power performance, governor work sensitive, accurate, reliable

(8) Clutch, transmission chain, V-belt and other appropriate adjustment, the transmission system is working properly, no abnormal phenomenon of God strike, vibration sound.

(9) Scraper conveyor, receiving hopper door, spiral distributor should be in good working condition (13) The electrical system should work properly, the manipulation system should be flexible and reliable.

(10) Spray a small amount of diesel fuel evenly to the paver's receiving hopper, top push roller, scraper conveyor, spiral distributor, travelling drive chain and screed by using fuel injector.
